What are the setup and exit times?

Setup begins 1 hour before your event start time. Exit is 1 hour after your event ends, or by the time specified in your rental agreement. Full-day and half-day rental windows are confirmed during booking.

What's the guest capacity?

The venue safely accommodates up to 220 guests for seated events and receptions. We'll work with you on the floor plan that fits your guest count and event style.

Question 3

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Free parking is available in the public lot at the front of the building. We coordinate with neighboring properties for additional parking when needed. Guests should not park in the rear of the building or use rear doors; those are for deliveries and pickups only.

What do we need to submit before the event?

Accepted Answer

No later than 30 days before your event, we'll need your floor plan, vendor list, final guest count, exact access and close-out times, and an emergency contact person.

Are there any restrictions?

Accepted Answer

No smoking or marijuana on the premises. No weapons (Legacy Park Plaza is a weapon-free zone). No illegal activities. Noise must stay within legal limits. Guests should remain inside the facility. Events for minors require adult supervision at all times. Violations may result in event termination without refund.

What's included in the rental?

Every package includes tables and chairs for up to 220 guests, black, white, or ivory linens, buffet, dessert, and beverage tables, and a setup window before your event. Specific inclusions vary by package. Optional kitchen rental, specialty linens, decor, and event planning services are available at additional cost.

How much is the deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due at booking.

The remaining balance and any security guard fees are due no later than 10 days before your event.

Payment methods: Cashier’s check, money order, debit, or credit card (3.3% processing fee on credit cards).

No cash payments accepted.

All rental payments are non-refundable. See cancellation policy below.

Question 8

Is the deposit refundable if we cancel?

Venue rental payments are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your payment to an alternate date within 12 months of your original event date at no additional charge. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the security/damage deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all payments.

What's the security/damage deposit?

Accepted Answer

A refundable security/damage deposit is required for all events: $250 for full-day rentals, $150 for half-day. It's returned within 7 business days after your event, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed. Damages beyond the deposit amount are the renter's responsibility.

Can we serve alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with conditions. All events serving alcohol require event insurance and a licensed bartender. Our contracted security guard service ($35/hour, minimum 4 hours plus 1 hour before and after) is required for any event with alcohol. No self-service or personal containers are allowed, and no alcohol is permitted at events for minors.

What about catering and the kitchen?

You're welcome to bring your own caterer or choose from our preferred vendor list. A prep kitchen is available as an optional add-on ($100) for any package. Kitchen renters are responsible for cleaning and returning supplies to their original place.

Question 12

Can we use the patio?

Accepted Answer

The outdoor patio is available April through October on weekends only, at an additional fee of $250 (without furniture) or $500 (with furniture). Patio furniture, tents, and decor rentals can be coordinated at your expense. Guests are not permitted on the patio unless it's been rented for your event.
